Shipping information

As all Aunty Ellen products are made to order, please allow from 2-3 weeks including shipping for your order to be delivered. Rush orders may be available – email us for info hello@auntyellen.com added fees apply.

Aunty Ellen ships through Sendle, Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral delivery service and a certified B Corporation.

Please note that we are unable to ship to a PO Box address via Sendle but can use Aus Post if required. Orders to WA, TAS and NT can take up to 7 business days from sending. 

 

Aus orders over $150 FREE SHIPPING
Aus orders under $150 $10 flat rate 
NZ orders  $19 flat rate 

  

We are not currently fulfilling other international orders however feel free to contact us at hello@auntyellen.com if you wish to purchase from overseas.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

As each Aunty Ellen garment is sustainably made to order returns for change of mind cannot be accepted. Aunty Ellen does however want customers to love and wear their orders so will accept exchanges for incorrect size. Please read through product descriptions and size guides prior to purchase. If you have more questions regarding size or design please don’t hesitate to contact Ellen hello@auntyellen.com.

 

As all items are handmade, we take all care to ensure their quality, but if your item arrives with a fault, or is not as described, please email us hello@auntyellen.com to discuss mending or refund options. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We have the right to deny returns and exchanges if the garment returned does not meet our policy requirements.

 

If the product you purchased is that of limited edition fabric and has sold out we will email you offering substitute products or reimburse money paid.
